By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is required upfront via Paypal through an invoice. Commission won't officially begin until the payment is done.
Process & Revisions
I will provide a rough sketch/thumbnail for approval.
Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Major changes after approval may incur additional fees (appraised depending of the complexity of changes).
Turnaround time varies but typically ranges from 3 to 6 weeks.
Usage & Copyright
I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio and on social media.
The commissioned piece is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
You may not use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or resale without explicit permission.
Refunds & Cancellations
Full refunds are available only if work has not yet begun.
Partial refunds may be issued depending on the progress made.
If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided.
